My story
How lovely that you are here. Welcome!
Let me briefly introduce myself and tell you what I do.
I was born in Trier (Germany) in 1973 and studied Industrial Engineering and Management in Germany and the USA, obtaining a Master of Science degree. After completing my studies, I worked in the automotive industry for many years.
After a while, I felt the desire to take a completely new direction. I pursued training to become a volunteer hospice worker, which proved to be an incredibly profound experience. I had the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge about the dying and grieving process that each of us will go through on Earth. This direct, humble, and respectful work with people reignited my true passion - the love for working with people.
Hello Sweden
During the stay in Sweden with our three kids for 10 years, I enjoyed the sea and its refreshing sea breeze a lot. Sweden is also known for its strong wind, which conveys a swirling energy and zest for life. I loved this wind and could sit on the beach for hours, observing the waves and connecting with the water and the wind. It was always a deeply replenishing experience.
While far up in the North, it was also time for me to pursue my vocational passion. I completed training as a certified massage therapist in classic Swedish massage and as a certified biodynamic craniosacral therapist. This allowed me to delve even deeper into the topic of "recharging, balancing and stillness". I successfully worked as an independent practitioner. In addition, I completed courses in Usui Reiki levels I, II and III, mediumship development, and hot stone massage.

Off to Austria
In summer 2022, it was time for our family to pack the bags and move to the beautiful city of Salzburg / Austria - from the water to the mountains. Now, I am looking forward to this new chapter in my life.
Today, I work with people, assisting them in feeling better both physically and emotionally. I am very grateful that I was able to turn my passion into a profession.
I conduct my biodynamic craniosacral treatments in either English, German, or Swedish. If you want to learn more about my work, please feel free to explore my website. I look forward to hearing from you!
